How Much Will it Cost?

After hours  and statutory holiday support is subject to a rate multiplier of two.  Minimum charge is one hour.

Why so Expensive?

We will do what ever is necessary to help you in an emergency after hours situation.  But our after hours rates are structured to encourage regular hours service unless there is a very serious problem.

What are Regular Hours?

8 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard time.

Will Cronos Come Out to My Site After Hours?

Yes,  but only for emergency situations that can not be solved via telephone or using remote access.

What if it is Really Late,  Should I call?

You can leave a message.  Phone calls after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM Pacific Standard time will normally be returned early the following day.
